Selected factual gaps only from Arthur Saliba (2000), pp.71–79. Public full text linked by repository; honours panel on printed p.75 and narrative p.73 visually inspected in the original PDF. Not a federation-certified complete results database. Repository states copyright reserved; no article text, photographs or full honours table reproduced. Youth categories retained in source combined form rather than guessing the cutoff for each edition. Aggregate championship claims not expanded into annual results.
